With over two decades of experience, he currently holds the position of Site Director, where he leads operations at a major manufacturing facility. Since joining his present company in 2012, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including Manufacturing Director, Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. His responsibilities have encompassed large-scale production, operational excellence, and adherence to international regulatory standards.
Before his current tenure, Negrón had already built a strong foundation in the industry through senior roles in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Science and Technology. His work involved technology transfer, process optimization, and regulatory compliance, areas that demand the same precision and structure evident in his literary work. His career began as a Process Engineer through a cooperative education program, where he learned the foundational elements of pharmaceutical production and technical documentation.
