Internet Connection: First and foremost, ensure your internet connection is stable and robust. A weak Wi-Fi signal can cause buffering and streaming issues. Restart your router or modem, or if possible, switch to a wired connection.
App Update: Outdated apps can sometimes malfunction. Check for updates for the fuboTV app on your LG Smart TV. Go to the LG App Store, select “My Apps,” and choose “Update All” or update fuboTV specifically.
Device Restart: A simple restart can frequently repair momentary issues. Restart your LG Smart TV and any streaming devices you’re using with Fubotv/connect. Unplug them from the power outlet for a minute, then plug them back in and turn them on.
Troubleshooting Steps
Sign Out and Back In: Try logging out of the fuboTV app on your LG Smart TV and signing back in. This can refresh your connection and resolve any authentication issues.
Reinstall the App: If the above steps don’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fubo.tv/connect app. Go to the LG App Store, find fuboTV, and choose “Uninstall.” Then, search for it again and reinstall it.

How does the free trial work?
Only available to new customers:
FuboTV will give you a free trial period as a new customer.
To receive a trial, you must sign up with a credit/debit account.
The first payment will be due at the end the free trial period.
The renewal date will be charged at the exact moment. If you sign up on January 1, at 9:00 am, and receive a 7-day free trial, the charge will be applied on January 8, at 9:00am.

Add/Remove Additional Items
Select “Manage Addons” from the “My Account” screen.
